Prices are subject to change without notice, except for orders that have been confirmed.

All payments are processed securely through authorized third-party payment providers. We do not store or have access to sensitive payment information.

All prices include applicable taxes and import duties for orders shipped to the United States and Japan. No additional charges will be collected upon delivery.

Shipping and Delivery

Fulfillment, warehousing, and logistics are performed by AURETEMPHE LTD. acting on behalf of AURETEMPHE LLC.

All shipments are delivered on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis, with applicable duties and taxes prepaid by AURETEMPHE LLC.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs, carrier conditions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery of the products to the shipping address provided in your order, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Packaging and Promotional Items

Packaging, presentation, and promotional items may vary without notice.

Complimentary items are provided while supplies last and may not be resold or commercially used.

Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Orders may be canceled prior to shipment upon request.

Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be canceled.

Return requests must be submitted within thirty (30) days of delivery.

Returned items must remain in their original condition, with all original packaging and tags included.

Items that have been washed, altered, or damaged cannot be accepted.
