What materials are used in AURETEMPHE products?

Our T-shirts are made from 100% organic cotton using GOTS-certified fabrics and processes, with no synthetic fibers in any part of the garment. The neckline and labels are also organic cotton. For full information, please refer to the “Traceability” section on the product page.

Are your T-shirts suitable for sensitive skin?

Designed with sensitivity in mind, our T-shirts are made entirely from 100% organic cotton, including the neckline and labels. The organic cotton is grown without pesticides, chemical fertilizers, or GMOs, ensuring a gentle, hypoallergenic touch. For individuals sensitive to cotton or certain dyes, a patch test is recommended.

Are the products vegan?

Yes. All AURETEMPHE products contain no animal-derived materials.

Where are the products made?

All AURETEMPHE products are crafted in Portugal by skilled artisans. Production is primarily powered by solar energy, with full respect for craftsmanship and workers’ rights.

Are AURETEMPHE T-shirts unisex and suitable for different body types?

Yes. The Sentier and Clairière T-shirts feature a neutral, straight-cut fit. Made from soft organic cotton, they drape naturally and are designed to suit a wide range of genders, ages, and body types.

Sizing & Care

How do I choose the right size?

Please refer to the “Size Guide” on each product page. You may also compare the measurements with a T-shirt you already own or check the model’s measurements provided.

Do you offer other sizes like XS or XL?

Currently, sizes S, M, and L are available. The designs aim to provide a comfortable and confident fit across a range of body types. Additional sizes may be considered in the future based on customer interest.

Will the T-shirts shrink or lose shape/color?

All T-shirts are pre-shrunk to minimize size changes. Slight shrinkage (around 2 to 3%) may occur after the first wash. Following the care instructions helps maintain shape, softness, and color.

How should I wash and care for AURETEMPHE T-shirts?

We recommend gently washing the T-shirt in water at 40°C / 104°F or below using a mild detergent. Avoid bleach and tumble drying. Air dry, and if needed, iron at medium heat or use steam. For full details, please refer to the care label or the care instructions page.

How can I place an order?

What payment methods are available?

We accept major credit cards including American Express, Mastercard, and Visa. Payments are also available via Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Shop Pay, and Bancontact.

Can I pay in my local currency?

Yes. The checkout supports multiple currencies, and you may select your local currency for a seamless and convenient experience.

Shipping & Tracking

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. Certain regions may be restricted due to safety, customs, or logistics regulations. If your location is affected, we will notify you prior to shipment.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We aim to ship in-stock items within 3 business days of order confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays). Delivery typically takes 2 to 7 business days, depending on your location and local logistics.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number will be sent for your reference.

My order hasn’t arrived after the estimated delivery time. What should I do?

Occasionally, delivery may be delayed due to high demand, production schedules, or customs processing. Please contact our Customer Service team so we can check your order status and provide updated information.

Do I need to pay customs or import taxes?

For the United States, Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan, all applicable taxes and duties are included in the product price. No additional fees will be charged at checkout or delivery. For other regions, local customs may require import taxes or duties, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our utmost to accommodate your request. Once an order has shipped, modifications may no longer be possible, and a return may be required.
