However, due to differences in device displays, photography, lighting, and natural variations in materials, colors, textures, and appearance may differ slightly from what is shown on the website. Product descriptions, prices, and stock levels are subject to change without notice. The Company reserves the right to cancel orders or limit purchase quantities if necessary. Minor variations in texture, color, or appearance due to natural materials are not considered defects.

All products offered through the Service are legal, non-restricted consumer goods intended for personal use only. Commercial resale or export requires prior written authorization.

Orders

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, which the Company may accept or reject at its discretion. Pricing and Payment

Full payment is required at the time the order is placed. Payment methods are processed securely by authorized third-party providers in compliance with industry standards. Sensitive payment information is not stored on the website. Refunds are issued by the entity that handled the original payment and will use the same payment method as the original transaction.

Shipping and Delivery

All products are fulfilled and shipped from AURETEMPHE LTD. Risk passes to the customer once the product is handed to the carrier. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, customs processing, and carrier schedules. Tracking information will be provided when available.

We do not ship to PO boxes, General Delivery addresses, APO/FPO addresses, or third-party logistics service providers. Delivery may require a signature. Customers are responsible for import duties, taxes, or other additional fees incurred during shipping.

Packaging and Gifts

Packaging and presentation may change without prior notice. Product packaging may differ from images shown on the website. Complimentary gifts, postcards, or other promotional items are provided while supplies last and may not be resold or commercially exploited.

Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Orders may be canceled prior to shipment by contacting us. Requests for returns or refunds must be submitted within thirty days of delivery.

Returned items must remain unused, unwashed, undamaged, free from stains, with all original packaging and tags intact, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees, taxes, and duties are non-refundable.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within five to seven business days after receipt and inspection. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider, bank, or international transfer.
